    I used $100 mil free cash flow, the lower bound is not 100k. Upper bound is $1 billion, wouldn't get too ahead of ourselves there.

    capex in scoping study is in USD, $160mil at $0.72 exchange rate is $222 mil (8horse's figure). Add 35% on that to get $300 mil.
