    I honestly feel that the market should be notified of ALL offers, especially if it is at a premium!

    Why?

    -Show investors the value at such levels
    -Create interest so that shareholders don’t get diluted to death.

    Even as a shareholder now, I can’t believe they actually had offers at 100+% premium as nothing was announced...
