Where do you get US$10bn from? The highly optimistic CAPEX of US$700m is what this project is aiming for. Wood Mc say it's impossible to build for that money and that it's also impossible to build the HPAL in 12 months.
Oh and they were supposed to break ground last year weren't they? In October I think... well they didn't manage to do that until January this year... so with Wood Mc saying this is a 2-3 year project and likely to blow out massively in cost I guess we'll see if they are competition in 2021/22 or 2023/24 assuming they have a ramp up.
