are you sure SK are laughing? no discount for 13 yrs. it has not even started yet. let's wait and see how prices will be in 1-13 years time. IMO reason why SKI wanted a 100% offtake was to be sure they have secured minerals because they know resources was limited. if you can not get supply then how can you produce batteries? no batteries means no cars.
