my understanding is that the premier, Anastasia, is in bed with the corrupt union brigade.

they backed her with questionable funds on her last election campaign and now she is just paying back by creating an explosion of public service jobs in administration, but not in what's needed-more police and nurses, prison spaces and even teachers if they are game to face the crap hostile students.

so why does the corrupt union brigade prefer bureaucrats to front line heroes?

it's because 99.9% of them would throw their mother under a bus for the right price-two bob, and to top it off, their only ability is spin- in other words, a union prerequisite.

ps- BOQ will probably benefit with the certainty of this labor union hack being thrown out shortly.
the only trouble is at what cost- the redundancies of these admin.staff misfits will cost a fotune.
