TT was founder and first CEO of the private company called Cocoon Data, which had the 'Covata' data security product/service offering. They listed in 2014 via an RTO with Prime Minerals and renamed the company to Covata. TT remained as CEO. A few weeks ago, TP was appointed as new CEO in what has transpired to be a wholesale leadership change in an effort to re-focus, re-configure and then re-launch. The lessons of the past are self evident, particularly with the benefit of hindsight. Most current investors will be deeply underwater. We await to see the intent, rationale, and plans of the new leadership in the next couple of weeks. Whether or not the new leadership can turn CVT fortunes around - it is abundantly clear that the founder stayed on far too long and dragged the company far too down. Hopefully this second CEO (7th you say?) has a great deal of success.
