We need to see what sort of profit/loss the business is making .

We need an update on the new patents CMC just picked up.
Reading more last and its still unclear to me if CMC actually did a deal because there was no 3b issued.
Do we have to purchase the other business mentioned in order for the 10million shares to be issued

Either way I feel the company needs to make sure it's in compliance with listing rules and continuous disclosure commitments.

If we don't see something in a week I'll be lodging a formal complaint to the ASX or @asic
