whether it is cheap against NPV I dont know.
PE for oil stocks not really the way to assess single project oilers, production starts declining after 1st year... the market discounts very heavily for lack of reserves after 3 years... best to wor off NPV... find from broker reports....
looking at the earlier attempt at NXS takeover, AZA also have strong designs to get larger....
has all the boxes ticked so far....?
