Has anyone else done some cashflow projections on the Basker Manta project.
With flows of 25000 bopd and oil price of 100AUD. roughly: $2.5M revenue per day. 912M per year. Lets asssume 2% downtime > 894M per year.
Opex around 60M pa. Capex around 250M.
AZA get 50% of project. That will give an almight cashflow of over 260m for the first year and 400m pa thereafter. Thats substanitally more than the current market cap.
Life of project should be extended substantially by the report on reserves due today.
Also the cashflow means this is no longer a one mine company, as we have seen it is pursuing some very prospective farmins/JVs.
Any thoughts on this one?
