I hope there is a legal update addressing the possible situation of Blade / Viking not obtaining finance. What legal avenues are there to gain the outstanding $6.5 million?
Maybe PKO takeover the Cadloe project. In which case, PKO should have a fully developed plan with a financier in place. Maybe Albers or another.
Any such Ann that Viking are not proceeding, should be simultaneous that another confirmed entity has agreed to fInance the Cadloe project. Otherwise the Philippine govt will pull the pin on their Cadlie project and offer it to someone else.
Best if Blade still remain part of any new arrangement.
