Further, under the Put Option agreement
the Company had a three month period from 2 November 2006 to decide if it will sell its
interest in the production sharing contract in Seram, Indonesia. This has now expired.



they had the right to sell but let it lapse. probably in light of sm 138 failure they decided to stick with an income producing asset.
which leads me to believe they have their tails between their legs with regards to the GOM drills, there is much trepidation with regards to throwing more money down the hole.



we'll have to see how it plays out.
