The company has previously stated that to do the FDA trials etc would cost $ 10 mill..I bet in reality this would be much higher.W here will they get the money ? Who would put cash into a struggling 5 c company.To raise $10 mill @ 5c would require issuing 200 mill new shares and dilute holdings by 100%
