    A legal opinion as to where the ownership of the VitroGro IP resides would favour TIS - largely due to the 11 years of behaviour of TIS and QUT in which the parties act as though TIS has/had ownership and that our paying for QUT's r&d during that period represents consideration. The fact that we seem to have overpaid may excuse us the residual $100k transfer liability.
