There has been no transparency from TIS board and management because the whole thing is utterly conflicted with the arrangements with QUT. There has been negligible value to the company from the millions of dollars of shareholder funds that have gone to QUTover the years, with the blessing of the Chair, board and management. QUT thought they could successfully develop a world-class listed bio-tech and they have failed miserably, as they have preferred short term gain over the long term. No other company has any interest in TIS because all the IP is owned by QUT. If the board and management were up to the job then maybe it would have worked, protecting the company in its early stages of development. They were not up to it however. QUT should do what is right now and transfer the IP to TIS to enable a superior management team to take-over the company and give a decent return to shareholders.
