    The main beneficiaries of litigation, always, are lawyers. I must admit something smells about all the delays. At best it is a comedy of errors, at worst collusion of unknown forces working to quash a game changing product which, no doubt will (if it ever gets off the ground) take market share from whoever has it now.

    I don't know if there is some type of Ombudsmen to which a complaint of some kind can be laid, this would be a cheaper option and would possible put some heat directly on the regulator. The Ombudsman would be able to look at all the records and assess the fairness of the processes, which would be a start.
