Firstly, 210 days, in time for Chrissy? 2015? 2016? 2017?
TIS has not even got all the requirement specs, they are due to be received in a month or two.
TSI may have started planning the required trials but are nowhere near to get them running.
Add to that the 210 days plus at least two stop-clocks (to be on the safe side) and you end up with Chrissy
2016. If, and only if, QUT hasn't closed down TIS before that.
Secondly, you are kind of naive, aren't you?
Not only does preparing for a Federal Court case involve lots and lots of legal research (case studies etc.), it also involves, for example, the perusing of all ASX:TIS announcements, searching for public research grants and finding IP attributable to TIS, verifying TIS Patent announcements, browsing through Hotcopper posts and finding clues, cross-referencing everything inc. news articles, to name but a few.
This all is, unfortunately, time consuming because I do not have access to the vast resources in man-(or woman-) power and know-how that law firms specializing in Corporate Law can command - I can only command Google to answer my questions which are based on case studies and commentaries. I am also in contact with the regulator. But rest assured, I shall get there. Sooner than later.
