CroMagnon, I can only go on the info i believe is correct and reasonably accurate. The link i posted shed a lot of light on what has happened and clarifies to me where they went wrong. I dont see any value - personally - in legal action unless there is proof beyond doubt that they did something illegal and that would be a major call to make. I dont know either way what would ASX class as illegal.
For mine i will sit on my substantial paper lose and wait until the SAWP report and the response by the Company. If they need more money i would want better communication and further explanation as to why i should part with my money. Like a lot of people on this forum i am in too deep to dump and run. I wish this was the worst investment i have made but alas DML holds that title for which i dont want a repeat.
