It is a BIG hiccup but at least soon there may be a credible path forward (hopefully not like the current gov's 'credible path back to surplus')...manere is latin for 'to stay' after all and I see no other option at this stage unless realising a huge loss. There is still sufficient money in the TIS coffers to see this regulatory procedure through and whilst it stung me personally, that capital raising is now looking inspired. Eventually this company might catch a break and relieve all its SHs.
