Your are correct; it appears Monax's Parndana EL 4581 has always been 100% Monax!
The confusion is that there are two Parndana ELs!

- this shows:
On page 8: EL 4581 (Parndana EL 4581 Granted 100% Monax Mining),
and:
EL 5312 (Western River EL 5312 Granted 100% Monax Mining).
From the summary
On page 1:
Significant chargeable anomaly coincident with gravity anomaly
identified along strike from Bonaventura zinc-lead prospect.
It seems that Bonaventura may indeed be "good fortune".
