The SP is down because of the cash issue, and trying raise capital in this situation would be the worng thing to do. MOG are more than likely engineering an event to prop up the SP before capital raising imo. The good thing is that ALbers is the one to lose big time if shares price is diluted at these low prices, and bet that he will protect his capital any means at all... Something positive from left field coming up soon imo..
