MOG does not need money in a hurry, the cash left over, like others on HC have said will be more than enough to cover admin costs for a year or so. Albers owns 60% and he is not going to dilute his shares, he would be crazy, unless he buys all shares on CR offer...

MOG will give away % of stake on Bass straight tenements for JV farmin partners. Capital raising is inevitable like for all speccy Gas and Oil co. but its all about timing. With Artemis spud coming up, one would think CR will be done then....

MOG can sit back and get farmin JV partners to cover costs on drilling few prospect wells at Bass straight and Artemis on Canarvon basin....

If you are awaiting CR to buy up shares, it will be too late....
