I was just joking. We already have our signature imprinted almost everywhere and, most importantly, in order to live under a brutal dictatorship you don't need electronic money. We just need people on a mission to purify society under the guidance of Pol Pots, Mao Zedongs, Adolf Hitlers, August Pinochets, Joseph Stalins and the like.
