With the "exit" of P.W.,J.M. & B.B....It seems that there will be a change of direction.
A mining project acquisition is on the cards,which will be facilitated by some cash coming in...We still have our "dream" alive that our IP might actually be worth something big.
BSM Royalties is a tricky one to figure out...BSM owes us 3 times their MC..whether this liability will be transferred to the mill buyer,is hard to answer.
KR subscribed for 20% of "latest" placement for the sum of 220ks...He must have some confidence in being able to realize value from a company that lost its way.
I expect a much more frugal & focused team rather than a flamboyant, extravagant one.
The turnaround could be swift for a company with a NEGATIVE enterprise value.
