Heya, misterS. I can name loads of shares that are travelling at less than NTA- some of my own and others I know of. Here's a few, but probably most of HC members have at least a few in their portfolios, too- there's a vast number of these on the ASX:

TGP: SP 99c; NTA $1.37
BUG: SP 13c; NTA 59c
PPX: SP 28.5c; NTA 34c

Re EXS, I dunno why people don't like the current SP- anyone who bought less than two minutes ago has made money on this share, and I am itching to buy, too. What a great deal on the table, and it looks as if it could improve with big players involved.

Let us little people in, too. I don't want the SP running away before I get in. Loads of takeover companies can go down in SP whilst the long boring tedious negotiations, company silence and market uncertainty occur. I made my bread and butter on takeovers, but I hate them, really, because if they stuff up, it burns.
