MA will have more important things on his mind than worrying about bots and the SP in the short-term, i.e. getting the form of the sale and form of the distribution knuckled down to the satisfaction of the major shareholders.

If the sale goes through, MA knows he will have the cash and other assets to get the share price moving back towards its proper levels. This is why it is his only focus. Polymetals and CopperChem are doing the work filling up our bank balance while he does this.

Therefore, there simply won't be any buy-back or any other form of distribution before the sale goes through.

Meanwhile, a franked dividend of the size expected has to attract the attention of superfunds, as part of the franking credit will equate to pure cash in their hands. I will be amazed if this stock doesn't find a bottom here and then trade up when the dividend is confirmed (in fact, I am amazed we are at current levels, but that's another story). It seems to have sufficiently absorbed selling from profit takers and offshore holders now (in line with the rest of the small resource sector).

I have a bid in for 100,000 shares at 61.5c at the moment. Will be ecstatic to see it filled today...
