supports the view,pok is trying to create leverage,to do deals outside the original agreements which was considered fair at the time.
this has to be toughed out...the precedence would be ugly in relation to other tennements.
on the 3rd of jan,pok has been referred to higher authority by the ombudsman,on another matter.google the guy.(dr fabian pok)
