La Mancha has minority shares in a couple of mines. Dioro would only be interested in getting 100% of Frog's Leg. La Mancha had some problems in 2007 both corporate wise and with the other operations. I guess it depends on the views of large La Mancha shareholders, but I would have thought a takeover unlikely.
