You may see WOW, convert some Masters stores into Supermarkets. Mitre 10 could be interested in picking up a few and enter the big bog format. Bunning may also be sizing up a few stores in areas or positions that may interest them but unless WOW are struggling to get out at any cost, I think they will block Bunnings but be more friendly to Mitre10.
Costco are doing well and looking to expand and some formats would suit them as well, especially if they can incorporate petrol pumps on site.
Other sites will be divided into multi display and shared sites, that would command higher rents, rather then be a stand alone business.
