For what it's worth i do have an interest in WOW but hopefully when the knife stops falling . I've previously posted that I almost bought in when it passed through $28 . Lucky for me I didn't at that point . I consider myself to be an overly patient extra cautious investor . The statement I made in my previous post as the the SP going below $20 is my opinion only and I am more than happy to be proven wrong . Internally within the organisation very little has changed . Morale remains poor, operationally there is no direction and management are still not engaging with the people at the front end . You draw your own conclusions

As for Lowes . If you were in the passengers seat with WOW management driving the Masters brand into the ground with no logical solution to turnaround I would suggest you would be pissed . Lowes won't be bending over for another reaming in relation to the exit costs and PUT options . Whatever the deal that's struck of the exit payment to Lowes they won't be happy with it . They will be reaming WOW for everything they can get .
