    sorry nordesmic...how did you got 150%...
    from their annual report, they have USD 150 mill convertible notes and convert price at USD $1.66, after redemption, net increase will be extra 75 mill shares.

    Currently DLS has 432 mill issued shares...so net increase should be 17%..
