the only reason i can think of is the market doesn't like cummin range, i don't either and cummins range goes hand in hand with that disgrace of a stock nav. +nav is a major shareholder.
that said, i think the directors are finally starting to wakeup to this. looking at new projects + stepping up exploration in africa. recon sp will change rapidly when the results of some of the soil sampling come in, they could have some of the highest grade heavy rare earths in the world. worth reading all the previous ann. including from when they first acquired the project.
nice having more cash than market cap, can't see how it can go much lower in the short term. got a moderate holding, will sit and wait.
