Sounds like Resource won the dispute and we paid up.

It was a joint bank account and IRC couldn't get any funds without the other sides say-so.
So they had IRC by the s & c's, over a barrel etc as this ongoing situation would have starved IRC of that big pot of cash earmarked for exploration - with only option to break the impasse being to take the other side to court, which would likely be expensive and drawn-out.

Why be vague about?

Not keen to admit the above I would imagine.
