There are both positives and negatives about being a diverse vehicle like DGR. Most are positive. The flip side is it can be cash hungry.

Commodities are down this week. Need to watch the Aus/US $ relationship.

They need cash from somewhere eventually. Whether it be a small sale of quality assets, return from company loans, or equity raise.
Regardless they need to ensure that quality assets are not sold to fund fruitless ones for the sake of the model, otherwise big money will shy away.

Corporate clarity and then the quality assets here should see this stock do very well as things gear up for the next growth cycle.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Hancock prospecting in the mix at some stage.
