History. Plain, simple.

If you've held DGR for the last 15 years (22 cps, Aug 2003) you would have lost a bit less than half your money if you sold today (12.5 cps offer). I think there was a (very) small divy a year ago. Still not great.

If you invested in their last IPO you would be 500% down on your investment.

This board can be an echo chamber of people berating the market for being incorrect but the fact is this has not been a good investment. I'm not bitter, just like to balance the ramping with facts. As always, watching from the sidelines in a long term sense. Happy to trade the ups and downs.
