The current value of 1 AVADA share DSX on re-opening) is 33.0c.
From the memo, I gather the number of shares (now post consolidation and capital return) will be 64m shares, plus a further consideration of 112m shares issued to Decimal directors/shareholders. (plus 3m to advisors)
It states that these 112m shares 'may' be subject to an escrow period, to be determined by the ASX.
2 of the current Decimal directors will be on the new board.
This fact and the likely limited number of free float looks positive imo for DSX in the long term.
