Folks - thanks for kind words I am no technical guru , but it looks to have resumed its uptrend . It's even more encouraging it was off two pieces of positive news . I think we will see a fair bit of activity by ROC thus year in project additions - given its strong cash and cash flow , the addition of an appraisal/ development project could really cause a rerate , As mentioned I put a valuation of 70-75 on Roc so 44.7 which is my entry this time round, so its a big safety margin based on what I think it's true value is. I do however feel that this year could be transformational for ROC as the last two years has seen them move from net debt to net cash of 140m ( inducing RSC cash value ) and with this years even stronger cash flow due to limited capex , they will have the ability to add some serious upside to their valuation .
I have said it many times before , but in the O and G game , targeting stocks with strong upside that present strong down side protection is my ideal and ROC is this kind of stock
