yes, unfortunately the cash burn doesn't work like that. As production increases, so does expenditure.
For instance, in the March qtr, when they produced 231,253oz in dore, cash burn was $1.6m/month.
The nearest we can glean from the qtrly is development costs were the production costs for the qtr, but that would include production with true development - and as that total cost is over $40/oz we can't really start there.
I think Ord's figures will be well out of date by now.
