WEC have seen to it that Bayan's, Kangaroo Resources Limited's shares are frozen.
This move appears to say 'check' to Bayan and so far they've made no further move. Bayan will not give up their shares so we await the Singapore Court's decision later in the year.
WEC's directors are experts in Court battles as they once took on Xstrata. Just sit back and await the eventual outcome.
