Agreed on cash flow! The number of (not dollar value of) completed cases over the past year is not even close to the number of cases added to the portfolio. I understand that the cases completed this year were added years ago, but we would expect the rate at which cases are completed, and thus cash flow to increase significantly over the next year.
Here is hoping anyway...
