    Still confusing, I wish DMA would release this to the market although maybe it will come tomorrow or next week.

    I had to google what the notice of discontinance means and found some random explaination here - http://www.familylawcourts.gov.au/wps/wcm/connect/FLC/Home/Forms/Family+Court+of+Australia+forms/FCOA_form_NDiscontinuance

    "This is a mandatory form.*
    This form is used to:
    discontinue your application, response or notice of appeal; or
    withdraw part of your case, for example, if you do not want to continue to seek some of the orders that you have sought in an application, a response or notice of appeal.
    Filing this notice does not prevent the other party from continuing to seek the orders they have sought, including orders for costs."

    So that means Carson withdraw one of the parts of his case?

    Surely if this means the legal issues have been resolved it can only be positive news for Dynasty.

    I'll wait for the DMA announcement and hopefully it explains what has happened a bit clearer.
