The customer was sitting at a roundabut when a car, being pursued by the police, rammed head on into her causing a write-off of the vehicle in question. I got paid out in full by the insurance company, being the financier, the customer survived to buy another vehicle and the story had a happy ending. No imported car can offer this level of protection for the money.
