I was making the point, that a Ceto 5 fix for Capetown, (which is due to run out of freshwater in April), is out of the question. If you followed the process that CCE had to go through to demonstrate three buoys at Garden Island, you would know that two years would be roughly how long it would take to plan design and install an operational Ceto 5 array and desalination plant over there.
I would think they could probably install a Ceto 6 array in quicker time (but that is not going to happen either.
CCE has enough on it's plate without trying to save Capetown with rejected technology.
