a fair dinkum bid would be 1.845+2.79=$4.64

the diffrence b/w the 2 is leverage/debts used to purchase COA.

if they want to delist it they can call an EGM now and call off this bid and stop wasting everyones time the fact is they want 100% no less so they can relist COA in order for Carlye to exit if they wish just like KKR did when SVW was born.
