Hi All
This company has been treading water since 2008. It has been sustaining revenue and profit with acquisitions and borrowings from the U.S. at cheap rates.
Things should get worse before they get better for CDD. Latest announcement appears to gloss over what is really happening. The biggest risk is if they stop acquiring companies, the revenue and profit will continue to fall.
