i highly recommend everyone who is thinking about investing in CDX listen to the interview with Craig that valve posted above. 
It is a no bs education in the medtech industry as it stands currently and Craig knows his game backwards. To think our leader ( and also Niall his partner ) have has not only their skin but also their bones and ballz in the company as well and to hear him explain it all is very interesting . I was left with the feeling that he thinks this might be his biggest personal earner yet. There were some serious breadcrumbs in there for the astute listener. Craing mentioned the pipeline is "massive" and they are talking to no fewer than 6 or so huge US medtech and electronic companies " a deal with only one of which will be company transforming " . Well.......they already have the one possible deal with the LOI in place. What happens if they land another one or two in the next 6-12 months.

The mind boggles.
