I for one am not impressed. I have been a previous holder and check in periodically to see if they have turned the corner.
They had an excellent potential application platform in their investment in MBA that they sold for a major loss last year.
Now, instead of putting some of their cash to work growing and developing CarBuddy and Oztion, it appears they are back to square one via divestment - for another loss.
I don't think focusing solely on the social networking space with old products, a reducing revenue model, and changing their model from direct to business, to direct to consumer will be easy in a very competitive and crowded area.
I don't think I will be reinvesting any time soon.
