I don't think CDB will drill Carachapampa. A reasonable drilling campaign would be $4m-10m meaning a 4-10 fold dilution on the already diluted shareholders some of which have backed the Darby's quite substantially but doubtful they would dip into their pockets to invest more most will be happy with their month back.

If they were to do a campaign though it would have to be clean sweep management and to find some new investors to finance them.

Given the reputation damage to cdb best bet would be Matt walker runs the broom through CDB smashes it together with a different company or sells the tenements to a different company and offloads the shell for a backdoor listing. The new company drills and proves up a resource at Carachapampa for offload to Kingsgate or Kinross. Be interesting to know what value if any those companies would place on Carachapampa the cheapest bet would be to buy out cdb the market cap can't go much lower than now.

My thoughts are maybe he has intentions of doing that thru Resources Star from what I have read they are looking for an acquisition... Any event at least some action ahead.
