captial structure

I picked up a small parcel this week, looks to me like an awful lot of upside here with the Winchester drill, $3M from NZOG when drilling approved at Matuku-1, and $5M from Shell when Palta-1 strikes (fingers crossed!). Are there any sensible estimates as to what success at Winchester would mean in terms of SP?

Just trying to get a handle on the capital structure. Looks like there's the main OXX out there and a fistful of partly paid ordinary. What is the actual MC of OXX?
