    Hi greyhoundtrainer,

    I think it is being held back. I also think it's being held back for a couple of reasons:-

    1. So that it doesn't get a speeding ticket; and of course,
    2. Accumulation.

    Here is a chart I put up on 01-10-09 which is playing out as the chart suggested.
