spp was never serious. They had to offer something because the last time they raised (also while the price was low) they didn't offer anything to retail holders and the board was almost rolled.
My opinion is that they are going to sell everything. Perhaps biggest indicator was De Souza's contract & there not being a succession plan for Rathjen. Only a baseless guess though.
